Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. Each piece is produced in small quantities and carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the fit, you may request a size exchange via store credit, provided the request is submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection upon receipt by Real Roots™.
If a requested size is unavailable, store credit may be applied to a future restock or release.

Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of odors
- In original condition as received
- Without signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including return and reshipment. Store credit will be issued once the item is received, inspected, and approved.


All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and consistency.

Damaged Items/Incorrect Goods
If an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or quality control issue, or if an incorrect item is received, please contact support@realrootsapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and delivery confirmation so we may review and assist you as soon as possible.

Approved cases are limited to replacement only (no refunds, exchanges, or store credit).
Replacement shipping will be covered by Real Roots™.

Damage resulting from normal wear, improper handling, alteration, or customer-caused damage after delivery is not eligible for replacement.

Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging that does not affect the garment does not qualify as a damaged item.
