Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. 
Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be shipped by the following Monday.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and USPS service selected.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): typically 2-5 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): typically 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors are outside of our control.


Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been prepared for shipment and a shipping label is created.
You can also view your order status at account.realrootsapparel.com by logging in with the email used at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping — $5 (orders under $70)
Free Shipping — orders $70 and up
Priority Shipping — $15

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Please allow up to 2 business days after fulfillment for tracking updates to appear, especially for orders placed on weekends. 

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We're unable to reroute packages once shipped. 
Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned.
Real Roots Foundry™ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from address errors entered at checkout.


Lost Packages
In the rare event a package is confirmed lost by a carrier, please notify us promptly so we may work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and circumstances.
